Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing creative, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Supervise and provide individualized support to children
- Communicate with families about their child’s progress
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required (working toward an associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Compassionate, energetic, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of child development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
